GoodGood is designed with safety in mind. If you meet GoodGood in person, there are a few things to keep in mind to keep the experience fun.

when you meet GoodGood

  1. Keep a two-foot space around GoodGood unless YES! Inc. staff invite you closer.
  2. Don't touch GoodGood unless YES! Inc. staff invite you to.
  3. Keep hands and other body parts away from GoodGood's joints, like his arms and legs.
  4. Keep the conversation positive.
  5. Give GoodGood room to walk.
  6. Always listen to YES! Inc. staff.
  7. If you don't want to be seen on video, or would like your face blurred, let YES! Inc. staff know.

your PalPass at a meet

  • Our staff will only ask to tap or scan your PalPass, or for your three-word code. They will never ask for your email, phone number, or address.
  • Keep your three-word code and sign-in links within your family.
  • Lost your pass? Use "find my PalPass" on the site, and DeeDee will email you a link.
