FAQ

who are we?

YES! Inc. is a robotics company based in Detroit, Michigan, founded by Mick Harrison Brege. We use animatronics to tell stories that screens can't.

The team came together in the summer of 2024 through a series of chance encounters, all chasing the same idea: safe, engaging, character-driven experiences that let kids and families connect and have fun together. That year we released With Love, an interactive letter-writing app with a cast of characters who wrote back personally. One of them was GoodGood, a whimsical HiHey who longed for connection out in the vastness of space. We told stories through GoodGood for the next two years while we built the technology to bring him out of the screen and into the real world.

With GoodGood here in person, we hope to bring families together to play, connect, and make memories that last.

questions

Get a free PalPass: pick GoodGood's earth outfit in the photo booth, take his picture, and add a few details with a grown-up. GoodGood doesn't announce his stops ahead of time: the towns families list in their PalPasses help him decide where to land next, and we'll let you know when he's coming to yours. When you meet him, tap or scan your PalPass so he knows it's you.

Tap the button in a letter from DeeDee. It opens your PalPass on whatever phone or computer you're using, as often as you need, and anyone in your family can use it if you forward the letter.

No letter handy? Go to find my PalPass (it's also at the bottom of the home page), enter the email you made your PalPass with, and DeeDee will send you a new one. Nothing after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, or try another address you might have used.

The three words on your pass are for meeting GoodGood in person; they never open your PalPass online.

You can still keep up. When you make a PalPass, your town joins the globe of friends on our home page as a pin, so GoodGood can see where his friends are. We'll write when he has new stories to share, and you can follow along on Instagram.

GoodGood is the whimsical, outgoing kid of the HiHey family. He thinks space is cool, but he always imagined meeting new lifeforms and making incredible discoveries. Instead, his parents spend their days charting stars and studying rocks.

GoodGood wants to meet people, entertain, and play, so life in space got a little boring. One day he was driving the remote-control robot his dad, Roland, built to clean the outside of their ship, the pigeon, when he looked down at Earth, a planet full of life, and wondered if the robot could help him meet the people who live there. With help from his mom, DeeDee, he upgraded the robot and sent it down to Earth. Now he finally gets to meet new people, play games, and put on a show.

People do. Everything GoodGood says comes from hand-written dialogue, story, and character content, and every story, game, animation, and video he shares is made by humans. We believe human creativity should never be traded for automation. Read how we work in artists over robots.

GoodGood drives his robot with a dual-screen controller. It sends the movement commands and cues the animations he performs.

To learn about Earth and the people who live here by having real conversations and making connections all across the world. He hopes to spread joy wherever he goes, through events, meet and greets, videos, and the global photo booth.

GoodGood isn't for sale. You can keep up with him through his social media and events.

GoodGood himself is 12 human inches tall. The robot he drives on Earth is about three and a half feet tall and weighs 35 pounds.

With Love, our first product, is how YES! Inc. developed and improved the interactive technology that finally brought GoodGood into the physical world, where he can host events and have real conversations with people, face to face.
